2019 is going to be a brilliant year for riding trials in the Cape. We are taking it to the next level. To that end, we want to kick off with a general meeting of all trials riders on 16th Jan, 5:30pm at Mary-Ann's eatery in Mouille Point.
From David Rhoodie:
Feb 23rd is planned for a social ride in Lesotho.
We normally stay at Ox Bow Lodge and it’s a great weekend of trail riding in rocky river beds and steep mountain passes.
If anyone is interested in joining, please keep Rob Lloyd in copy as he arranges the bookings for the Gauteng riders.
The 25th running of the John Fulcher Memorial Trial took place in Constantia on 14th October 2018. The weather was somewhat windy with loud cracking noises from the pine trees causing a bit of concern. The wind fortunately abated during the day and the trial got underway after the traditional moments silence with fourteen entries.
